"Twenty One Days to a Better Life Using the Attitude of Gratitude!”
Attitude of gratitude magic words for a life lived with with the intention to spread appreciation for all you have.
Imagine a life without envy. A life free of wanting "things" to fix what ever isn't working in your life. A happy life that is free from hate and anger and filled with love and awareness.
Picture your life the way you always wanted it to be.
Life is full of choices we all make everyday that either make us happy or miserable.
The process I am going to share with you here is a effective way to get your life back on track and in the best possible place in order for you to create anything and everything you desire.
Try this amazing process for a twenty one days and you'll see your life transform.
Attitude of Gratitude First Step… a Valuable Secret
How you start your day is one of the most important things you can do in regards to creating a life you want to live. If you are not interested in creating the life of your dreams then you can skip the first step. ;)
Before you do anything start your day by looking at everything in your life that is working for you and everything in your life you have to be thankful for you will have started to take the natural energy you have and spin that into a ball of positive and creative life force that generates happiness.
I have worked with many people who are struggling in life and with themselves. The way they are looking at life is from a place of wanting what other people have as the only way to be happy. That type of thinking has no chance of ever bringing you happiness.
Attitude of Gratitude… The Magic List
It has been my experience that if you are feeling that way then turning those thoughts completely around works like a magic genie.
How do you do that? A Gratitude list, I am big on gratitude lists. I have used them many times in my life and I have suggested them to many people, with always the great results.
Start by writing down at least ten things you are grateful for. Your list may look something like this:
• I am grateful for my health
• I am grateful for my home
• I am grateful for my sense of humor
• I am grateful for my family
• I am grateful for my wonderful friends
• I am grateful for my writing talent
• I am grateful for my dog
• I am grateful for my career
• I am grateful for my intelligence
• I am grateful for my open mindedness
This is how you want to start your first day of the gratitude mission. Write your list and read it first thing in the morning and carry it with you through out the day as a reminder.
On the second day think of four things that you are grateful for. This can be anything that happens to you throughout the day that you are happy about.
In order to make sure you actually do this you are going to get a friend or family member involved. Call or e-mail them everyday for three weeks with your new list of four things that you are grateful for that day. Have them do the same back.
As an example you can say “I am grateful that I made it to my appointment on time. I am grateful that I wrote a blog today. I am grateful I went food shopping today and didn’t buy any junk food.”
But it has to be four things and you want to share those four things with someone close to you everyday.
Attitude of Gratitude… Keeping it Going
If you do this for three weeks I am telling you, your life will change. It will feel lighter, happier and yes magical! The reason is when we put our attention on what is working in our lives that is what will expand. When we are happy we draw people and situations to us that are positive.
You will notice that your life is wonderful and you have many things everyday that go your way, all because you are practicing an attitude of gratitude.
Attitude of Gratitude…Your Mission
Once you have completed the three weeks pass this assignment on to another friend. Ask them to call you everyday and leave a message or e-mail you and tell you what four things they are grateful for.
I am sure you know at least one or two people that will benefit from practicing the attitude of gratitude exercise.
If you feel yourself slipping back into the envy game, simply start a new gratitude list and get right back on the
thankfulness track
and you will see how your life becomes one of joy instead of stress.
One thing I know for sure is that when I learn something new and then take action it has a way of transforming my life. If I only read about it nothing changes for me.
Right now while you are here and reading about it start your first list. Yes right now. There is no better time then this time.
