Dawn Abraham in her own words:
I have been lucratively helping people with their lives and Businesses for over fifteen years. I started as a Sales Director for a Nation Wide Company, then went on to another corporate position as a Regional Manager.
I had many offers from companies and individuals to bring their business to the level of success that I had achieved over the years. My success was so great I became in high demand.
That lead me to a position where I guide, consultant and assist others to reach the same level of success that allows them to achieve their dreams and goals! I am a certified life coach with CTA, Coach Training Alliance, a International Coaching Federation approved school.
Additionally I have hands on experience with the process of Life/business Coaching. I know first hand how valuable and amazing Life Coaching is. I really think we all should have been doing this a loooong time ago!
I make it a habit to continue to grow , learn and challenge myself daily. After all I can only offer to you the level of awareness and success I have gained myself.
Dawn’s background story
I was born and raised in California. I now live in Marina del Rey, California on the water. If you’re not familiar that is in Los Angeles County. The Marina is beautiful and I truly appreciate every day I live here.
Half of my family lives in Los Angeles along with most of my dearest friends. I spent my childhood growing up in the San Francisco Bay area, another really beautiful place with the other half of my family living there. I have most of California covered!
Dawn the Movie StarI moved to Los Angeles to become a Movie Star. I kept my name Dawn Abraham for anyone who is wondering. I didn’t become as famous as I would have liked.
Although I did star in a few movies not to mention all the TV work I did in the eighties.
It was quite the decade filled all the things you can imagine about Hollywood and more! I meet all kinds of different people, traveled to exotic far away places like South Africa to work on location in films.
I even dated quite a few stars not to mention my ex-boyfriend, Dennis Tito.
He came along later in the nineties. He is the guy who paid the Russians Twenty Million dollars to be the first civilian to go into space. I was right there with him in Russia through the whole thing. I was the first civilian women ever permitted to stay in the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, where the cosmonauts stay the week prior to lift off.
When the rocket took off with Dennis inside I was only yards away. I was as close as any human is allowed to be. I was so close I could feel the ground shaking. Talk about a life changing experience...but that is another story for another day. :)

Dawn the successful business women
After the Actress me, came the business me. I decided I would get a “real” career. I'm not saying acting isn't a real career. It just didn’t feel steady to me, I was looking for security. I wanted to build something stable.
I worked my way up the corporate ranks rather quickly. The nineties lead me to a position where I was opening offices regionally for a large Staffing Company.
My success reached the point where I had managed to work out a package that was similar to that of a partner in the company.
I was literally opening offices from the ground up and getting them to show a nice profit in their first year. Breaking records in their second year and they just kept soaring.
Working in the corporate world I moved mountains and broke records at every level. Member of "The Winners Circle" and "The Presidents Club." Five consecutive years.
I won over 75 high achievement awards for Sales, Customer Service, Fastest Growing offices and Highest Customer Retention.
The inevitable was coming, starting my own business. I had the ability and the drive. I enjoyed being part of growing some else’s business to a point. Remember my compensation was “like” I was a partner. I wasn’t and that was the next step for me.
Additionally I was looking for job security. That doesn’t exist when some else owns the company, it doesn’t matter how fantastic you are.
I was making a high six figure income. People are now strongly suggesting I go into business for myself. I was feeling the same way and so I did just that.
Dawn the Entrepreneur
My first attempt at starting my own business wasn’t the run away success I had been use to. I made some mistakes and then I made some more.
I did a few things right then made more mistakes. I need to mention here I left the staffing industry and moved into a different business altogether.
Later I realized I didn’t choose my new career from an authentic place. It came more from a place of fear. (Now I can see that)
It sounded good in theory but it didn’t play out that well. I wasn’t in touch with my life purpose at that point. Instead I made a choice because it felt easy. I didn’t make the effort to find out if that was really what I was passionate about.
My second business was much more successful. Mainly because I learned a lot from my mistakes and now I had some new and improved tools under my belt.
The problem was even though I was making money and the business was taking off, I didn't love what I was doing. Something was missing for me.
Which lead me to the process I explain in the article Life Purpose. That brought me to Life and Business Coaching. Which is my passion and life purpose. Those two are usually one in the same.

I life and business coach celebrities which gave me the idea to create a TV show around that to inspire and motivate people all over the world.

Dawn is what you’d call a people person!
I love people and really love being apart of their growth. I do many things with and for people all the time, the reason is simply because I enjoy it.
Along those lines I work with some amazing charities. “Women for Women“, which is all about helping women start over who have lost their families or loved ones to war.
Another important part of my life is working with kids. I am a “Out Reach Counselor” for “Stand Up for Kids” in Santa Monica. I help kids who are homeless and on the street to find a way out. I love both of these charities they are very dear to my heart.
There are many ways to help people in need and I truly believe that anything and in anyway we would choose to be of service to others would be welcomed and appreciated.
Dawn’s Spiritual background
I studied with Deepak Chopra to become a “Perfect Health Instructor” Which means The Body-Mind-Spirit. Perfect health comes from all three.
I love Deepak and everything I have learned from him and his staff. A definite life changing experience for me.
I have always been a spiritual being. This didn’t start with Deepak Chopra. Although that experience did help me to go to another level. I am now working on going to the next level. I hear it may never stop…growth that is.
I have definitely had my share of difficult times. I know what it feels like to be on top of the world one minute and on the bottom the next, trying to get up not knowing if I even want to.
I also know what it feels like to get up and realize there is much more to this life then I ever imagined before!
I have had plenty of life’s HUGE challenges.
I wish I could say I handled them all perfectly. I didn’t.
I did grow from them. Every last one of those experiences brought me to the place I’m at today. Doing what I love. Truly living my purpose in life. And feeling at peace with myself. I had no idea I could feel this good not only about me but about you.
Yoga and Meditation
Yoga, both Raja Yoga and Kundalini Yoga are huge parts of my daily life. As well as meditating at least twice a day. You really can’t go through the process of becoming a “Perfect Health Instructor” and not come away with hundreds of great habits. Which I will share many of them with you through out this website.
