How to Follow Your Bliss so it Translates into Abundance!

What does it mean to follow your bliss? How do you know if you are doing it? Here is what I do know, if you don’t follow your bliss in your life you haven’t been living this life to the fullest! How do I know that?

I have lived both ways. I have lived in fear where I was following my ego. It would tell me, this is what you "should" be doing, or this is how to make more money, get more success and influence people.

Today I live where I am listening to my source and staying true to myself. The difference between the two is night and day. The latter gives me peace and contentment instead of sorrow and pain.

I learned to, follow your bliss and trust that would lead me on a path where I would fulfill my purpose here on this planet. That is exactly what happened.

If you are wondering how that translates to abundance picture yourself living the life and having the career that you always felt you should have. If you are connected to what truly makes you happy and fulfilled when you do it, it comes easily and naturally. When you are in that place it’s difficult not to create abundance.

*This is a great place to stop for a moment and take that in. How powerful is that to picture your self living the life you want to live.*

I can hear you asking, "How do you know that you aren’t already living that life?"

Find out if you are on track to follow your bliss …Take this quick Quiz and see if your life is bliss or miss!

1. Are you excited to wake up every morning and look forward to a new day?

2. Do you find yourself easily creating new ideas to do with your business or career path?

3. When you share with people about your life is there a contagious excitement in your voice?

4. Do you find yourself with a sufficient amount of energy?

5. Does the tasks and or projects you do everyday come easily for you?

6. Do you find yourself creative and full of ideas on how to go to the next phase or step in your career?

7. Do you feel obstacles are more like fun challenges then road blocks?

8. Are you enjoying yourself most everyday?

*If you answered yes to three of these questions you are on the right path to follow your bliss, although you may need a bit of direction.

*If you answered yes to four questions you have found your bliss but have not quite embraced it fully.

**If you answered yes to five or more questions, congratulations! You are following your bliss, good for you!

You are probably at that point where you are sick of doing what you think others want you to do and instead you are ready to do what you want, to follow your bliss.

I remember when I first heard that statement a few years back, “ Follow your bliss. ” Right away it resonated with me. I thought what if everyone was to follow their bliss? What a profound difference that would make in their life.

So how do you do that? Take a moment here to find out what that means for you. Start to visualize your life the way you always wanted it to be. Really allow yourself to go to that place where all your dreams can come true.

Take a piece of paper and start to write out what you would love to do. What comes naturally to you? If you get excited about painting then you should investigate that avenue.

If you love cooking, tennis or business what ever it is that you do well and love to do that is where your bliss lies.

That is the first part finding your bliss. The second part is following it. If you don’t take the steps to follow your bliss nothing in your life will move.

In this situation if you are not working with a life/business coach or you’re not in a Master Mind Group you will have to try and figure out the action step you need to take yourself.

What I have experienced time and time again for myself as well as the numerous people I work with is when you are true to yourself and doing what you love the rest comes naturally. The abundance, happiness and freedom all are a apart of the follow your bliss theory.

My suggestion, as a last resort, if you can’t afford a group or coach then ask a friend that you feel comfortable talking with. Then run by some of your ideas by them and together you can brainstorm on powerful action steps that will send you in the direction of following your bliss.

Make sure the friend you choose is someone who is supportive of new ideas and can think out side of the box. That is a really important.

When all is said and done it is best to get into a powerful Master Mind Group where you and the other people in the group are committed to success and support of each other.
