When you increase energy in your body it also increases happiness. I took the time to research and use these simple techniques needed to make a significant difference in the way you feel right away.

The process to increase energy using natural methods by releasing endorphin's in the brain I do understand.
These techniques work by releasing the endorphin called, Epinephrine into your brain and body. Epinephrine is one type of endorphin your body naturally produces. It is similar to releasing adrenaline into your body. Also released when using the methods I describe below is the endorphin serotonin, which affects your emotional state and produces a nice easy feeling the result happiness.
I know what it feels like to be down and have low levels of energy and I know what it means to be happy. Not just moments of excitement or distraction but true contentment, a feeling of peace and completeness that can only come when you truly understand what your life is about and how to fulfill that. You know that feeling when everything is wonderful? If you haven't felt that in awhile it's about time that changes for you.
In realizing how to get that life changing feeling I had to get in touch with that part of me that knows.
I really allowed myself to explore with complete abandon my deepest truths. In exploring I found wonderful ways to increase energy open my awareness and elevate my happiness.
These are a few simple ways you too can start taking control of your life by pulling in the energy from the universe and allowing it to raise your level of awareness and joy!

Increase energy by pulling in light from the universe
Meditation
which I talk about in another article is a gift we give our selves. One way to increase your energy is through a
guided meditation that talks to your subconscious
This is where you would clear your mind and relax.
Imagine yourself in a calm and open state of mind. Start with deep breathing. Take in long slow deep breathes hold for a moment then slowly release. Once you have done this four to five times with your eyes closed you can start the process.

• Visualize a white light that you are pulling in from the ground beneath you. Slowly it fills your body. See the white light travel in circles through out your body increasing your vibration and energy level with each circle.
• Repeat this light visualization eight times. The first time see the light as white then see it turn to red then see it turn to orange then to yellow then to green then to sky blue then to electric blue then to purple.
• Hold the light in your body swirling around with your minds eye for ten to thirty seconds.
• Then visualize the light expanding and raising out of your body in a beautiful rainbow hue.
• See your whole body surrounded by this rainbow of light
• Feel the energy.
• Feel the love from the light and the warm colors.
• Imagine the light of colors increasing your energy level.
• Let the colors warm you from the inside to the outside.
• Hold this feeling for as long you like, not less then five minutes.
This whole process can be repeated any time you need to increase energy & your happiness. This technique is one of many that can guide you into the awareness of your body and its ability to generate positive and loving energy.
You will notice when you increase energy it effects you in such a positive way you become filled with joy. This happiness is electric~! Everywhere you go people will be able to feel this positive energy and want to be around you. You can walk in a room and it will light it up that is how powerful this method can be.

Did you know you can increase energy & happiness by being in nature?
That is right; hanging around plant life, trees, mountains and the ocean this will give you energy & make you feel wonderful.
To really benefit from this you will want to take is a step further when you are in nature; take the time to connect to its magical energy. Most people don’t do this; they miss all the magic and energy coming out of the earth.
Everything in the universe is made up of energy. Beautiful plants, trees and flowers give off a special energy that if you tap into is extremely up lifting.
No matter where you live you can go somewhere you will be close to nature in some way.
This can be a park or zoo or the beach. Special places that are sacred or known for their beauty. When you get there find a place to sit, where you can take in the energy that is offered. Touch the flowers and observe them.
Spend time taking in their beauty. Notice what makes them so beautiful. Look at the texture of a plants leaves or a trees trunk. Take in the radiant colors of the flowers. It sounds funny but I now understand what tree huggers are doing. When you hug a tree you can and feel their incredible energy. Try it and if people don't think your crazy you will feel much better after a hug with a tree. :)
Take time to really soak up the ocean if that option is available to you. Sit close to it and feel the power and positive energy that is generated from the magnificence of that massive body of water. Take off your shoes and connect with the sand or the dirt. It is truly amazing!
Increasing your energy is something you can do any time whether you are outside or inside. I tap into the universal energy at least once a day and raise my vibration. I love the wonderful up lifting feeling I get from that process & it stays with me through out the day.

If you feel that, your ability to increase energy or feel happy is something you have to deal with regularly or for long periods of time it may be because you have low beta-endorphin levels.
If that were the case, using these methods would be needed every day. The reason, you would consistently need to increases the level of endorphin's yourself. This mood is best described as feeling even, not high or low but even. Then you are on a level playing ground with everyone else.
If you have been using these methods consistently for at least three weeks and don't feel a significant difference you may want to see a doctor to make sure you don't have a more serious problem.
