What is New and Hot This Past Week

Hi everyone! This is the part of my newsletter where I fill you in on what I am doing and what is going on in the business world of on line marketing and coaching.

I hope everyone enjoyed the Labor Day weekend. I know I did. Hopefully you took some time for yourself and relaxed. I can’t tell you how important relaxation is for the mind and body.

I’m excited to share that I will be interviewed this week by my friend, client and colleague Eileen Lichtenstein. We will be talking about how to create a winning mind set and why some people seem to have all the luck in the world while others aren’t as fortunate.

Marketing Tip for your business

The most important marketing tip I can give you is to make sure you have a winning mindset. I know that in this economy that is not always easy. But yet if you’re missing this ingredient your success will not reach the heights you hoped for. So how do you create a winning mind set? Here are three ways to start...

1. Write out your top five to ten goals that you want to accomplish over the next year.

2. Create an affirmation for each one.

3. Repeat your affirmations daily.

Example: Goal : Make $100,000.00 by the end of 2010. Affirmation: I easily and effortlessly attract the ideas and creativity I need in order to manifest $100,000.00 dollars in revenue by December 2010. So be it so it is.

Every day begin your day with your ten affirmations and every night end your day with your ten affirmations.

Two powerful things will happen. One you have written down your goals. Two you are reminding yourself day and night and three you are affirming what you want in a positive way. This technique has helped me tremendously.
