What is New and Hot This Past Week

I have had a great week full of new creative ideas that just won’t stop until I implement them. It is truly the universe calling me to say, “Dawn, it’s time to go to the next level with your career and web site. I will be sharing more of this exciting news coming up in the next few weeks.

There are a few tiny details still being worked out. One thing I can promise is that you most likely will benefit from it in a big way. Right now that is all I can say. Oh and it’s exciting on so many levels.

I am on the radio again tomorrow morning out of Florida. I did an interview all about the law of attraction and how to make that work for you in your job or career search.

It turned out to be a very powerful show. I got chills twice and almost cried at one point. It is a must listen to. The interviewer did a great job and the energy between us really sparked. We were both on the same wave length and that is always powerful.

Marketing Tip for your Business

It’s really important to get your name out in the world. Branding is as important if not more important than your actual skill set.

Whether you are going to brand your own name or a business name, it's important to have a brand. It’s all in the marketing.

When people use your name you want an image to come up. They should say, "Oh yes that is the business coach with a spiritual twist." Or "That’s right it’s that motivation whisperer. I can use some motivation right now."

People need to be able to put a label on you and your business so they know how to utilize your services and get the most out of what you offer. If your too general nothing will strike their fancy and you lose out on the business. I have seen it happen many times.

You don’t ever want to be "just" a life coach or business coach or expert. Make sure you have a niche that people can identify with and remember. Even If you end up going out of your Niche once in awhile that is fine and won’t hurt your brand. The simple fact is if people can identify what exactly you specialize in then they can make a decision about how it will work for them.
