The Power of Visualization, the Secret to Manifesting Your Dreams! ...

Find out why the top athletes use the power of visualization to reach super star status! If your having a problem in any area of your life you just found the perfect place to leave whatever is bothering you far behind. It can be physical or psychological it makes no difference. The technique I am going to share with you works for me every time I use it.

If you look closely throughout history, you will notice that all the successful men and women used visualization.

When you hear someone say that person is a true visionary their referring to their ability to first visualize whatever it is they want to create. Just look at Nicola Tesla the great inventor. He used visualization first in all of his miraculous inventions. He would imagine how each invention would work before he ever put anything on paper.

I want to tell you there is a secret to the power of visualization that most people miss…

I discovered at a young age that I loved to use my imagination. I would see all kinds of wonderful things happening for me. This brought me to the realization that everything I had created up to that point I had first visualized naturally.

If that were true and it was, at that moment a light went on. I had hit on something that felt significant: I can create ANYTHING.

"All Your Wishes Are Granted Master!”

When I realized I had tapped into my inner power, it was awe-inspiring. I felt as if I had discovered a power that was similar to a genie in a bottle. “All your wishes are granted, master.” Sounds good to me!

The first thing I want to point out is you do not want to get visualizing and day dreaming confused. When you visualize you have an intention behind it. The intention creates energy that creates attraction. The attraction starts the action that brings about the manifestation.

To give you an example, let's start with a winning visualization that creates the desired intention. I am visualizing about becoming a motivational speaker and I intend to speak in front of a large group of professionals, inspiring them to move to a higher level of success in their lives.

How The Power of Visualization turns your dreams into Reality.

I start out by seeing myself in front of a room full of people all dressed in business attire. The room is large and open with high ceilings and large open windows all along one side of the room allowing the sun to pour in from outside.

I am standing at a tall dark brown podium. I am dressed in a professional black and green business suit. I feel excited and enthusiastic as I look into the audience. I can feel my heart beating faster.

I take my time looking around the room connecting with the people in the audience. I can see their faces I notice their expressions. Are they tired or happy to be there? This allows me to see the audience as human beings, which are individuals rather than a meld of one massive group.

If I only see a massive group that is faceless, that can be intimidating. However, one person is not going to affect me one way or another. If I really look at that person, I can see they are just like me. I then do this with the next person and so on. I find the commonality, which connects me instead of separating me.

As I connect with the different people in the audience, I can feel a calm washing over me. I begin to feel centered and at peace with myself. We are all here for the same purpose to raise our level of awareness, so we can easily move through life.

In the short time it takes me to connect with the room of people, I feel the inspiration. Once I am inspired, the positive energy starts to flow through me spilling out to the audience. They can feel it and before you know it we as a group are off and running. It is a connection, I feel the excitement and my talk is a huge success!

I see the audience rise to their feet and give me a long and thunderous applause.

Now that is the power of visualization in action.

Your subconscious will not know the difference between you actually speaking in front of thousands of people or you using the power of visualization. If you subconscious see's you do something it then has a positive memory that you are a successful circuit speaker and will in turn give you ideas on how to make that happen.

The ideas are coming from the place of believing that you already are a Motivational Speaker.

This is a popular technique for top athletes who know they have to stay out of the ego and into the zone. The zone is where you go when you can do no wrong.

You are so connected to your higher self that the ego or any fear you have will melt away the more real it is the more likely it is to happen.

Why At this point, am I aligning myself with the vibration that will produce the result? If I am not clear or I included a (disbelief) that hundreds of business people would pay to hear me speak, then I am sending out negative vibration that will manifest my fear instead of my dream. How The Power of Visualization Breaks Down to Simple Steps

Looking at it closer you can see that in order for my vision to become a reality I have to believe it can come true. Then, I have to feel what that is like. Really, allow yourself to feel this.

Notice if you are stopping yourself from feeling the excitement. If so, that is where the problem lies and would explain why visualization or the law of attraction is not working for you.

You may not realize this is happening so you keep visualizing that same scene with no excitement or belief and when your don't get the result you want you decide the process does not work and you stop doing it.

The Power of Visualization is Not Only Seeing

It can be easy to forget that you have to allow yourself to tap into your feelings of belief that you are doing or have what your visualizing in order for the it to work. If you cannot feel it but can only see it, ask yourself, “What is stopping me from feeling excited or peaceful about this?” Now pay attention to what is coming up for you.

Look and see if there is a possibility that you want something, you really are not ready for at this time. You may not feel you deserve it. You may feel you do deserve it but are frightened of how it will change your life when you get what you have always wanted.

Most people's fear isn't failing it's the fear of success. Yes people stop themselves unintentionally from succeeding all the time. Since they are not aware they are doing this nothing changes for most people. That is why there aren't more highly successful people on the planet. They simply stay at the level they are accustomed to never realizing why nothing changes for them.

What the Power of Visualization Must Have to Succeed

If your visualization is too big right now, make it smaller until you do feel comfortable with it. That does not mean you should not dream big, it means hold a less intimidating vision for yourself that would be a stepping-stone to the bigger vision.

Once you feel comfortable with the smaller visualization and your great feelings are in alignment with your vision then go to the next step.

Using the “Motivational Speaker” dream as the example, if speaking in front of a hundreds of business professionals that are spending their hard-earned money to listen to you feels nerve-racking this next step is crucial.

A nervous feeling of speaking to a large audience is a very normal and the number one fear people have globally. When you first start to speak or lead a seminar or event, its nature to feel nervous or uncomfortable.

I happen to know that you will get over that fear if your love for speaking, leading and teaching is greater than your fear of speaking. Just remember this, it gets easier the more you do it.

I had plenty of times when I felt sick before speaking or holding a large event. Two things helped me feel comfortable with speaking.

1. Speaking and holding events all the time. It becomes comfortable after a couple of times back to back and soon you do not think about it as fearful at all.

2. Begin by seeing yourself speaking to a small group of five of your friends who could care less if you are a successful speaker or not, they like you for you.

Allow yourself to feel at ease with the idea. Then each day expand it by ten people who are now your friends, friends. Keep this up until you feel confident and excited about speaking to a group of hundreds or thousands of people.

Testing The Power of Visualization! You Can Do it!

Here is the challenge that will test the theory of how powerful is visualization. Set aside ten minutes at the beginning of the day and ten minutes before you go to bed at night. Start your visualization practice, gradually building up to your dream.

Do this for thirty days without missing a day. Make sure you really see it, make it clear, and feel great about it. The power of that intention generating all of that energy will take you to the actions that will make that visualization a reality.
