The good news here is no one can cheat you really. They can hurt you but your power is your own. It's up to you if you let anyone take it away.
I want to say here that I completely understand how you feel. I too have thought that a man was purposefully playing games with me for his enjoyment. I know that feeling is not fun and can feel unbearable if you allow it to get to you. Luckily, Yuvraj I stuck around long enough on this planet and realized that I own who I am and no one can take my sence of self away unless I allow it.
How did I get to that place where I make self esteem able decisions? It took some effort I will say but Yuvraj it is so worth it.
You know life is a process Yuvraj, we are all here doing the very best we can with what we have at this moment.
It's hard to say exactly why this woman ended up hurting you so much. But I do know that you have the ability to forgive her for not knowing any better and most importantly let go and move on. Move on for you not for her. You don't want anyone who doesn't know how to love, believe me all that brings is pain.
When the time is right your special women will come in to your life. How does that happen? You end up growing into the kind of person that most healthy people would be attracted to. It's very cool! I know it happened to me.
I wish for you all the happiness and love the universe has to offer! You deserve it. Don't forget to come back and share how you successfully moved through this and are doing great!
It's so important that people know these techniques really do work if you put in the effort.
