I want to say for anyone who is feeling the same as Caorthann and Jerri,that is a call to your higher consciousness to be the change you wish to see in the world.
The next step in bringing your light to the world is to ask yourself a few questions.
"What are you doing to heal the fear in your life?"
I'm not sure everyone realizes how important that really is. In changing ourselves the world does change.
My next step would be to share how you yourself can start to be that change.
This is important stuff. Let's talk about what we can all do.
I would love to hear from everyone about what they do or have done about becoming the change they wish to see in the world. Also sharing here your struggles in wanting to change is important. This is a supportive and safe environment where you can share anything.
I really admire all of you that have the courage to say what you feel.
Let's start today....right now is the only time there is.

Thank you for saying what you felt. I have felt the same way and don't think I would have shared it but hearing you makes me feel I'm not alone with my thoughts.
I also wanted to know if you did the first step yet in writing out your grateful list? I have been waiting to see what the next step is.
I did it and I have to say at first i thought what is the point of this? By the time I was finished and read it to my husband I knew the point.
I started to feel good about things in my life that I was taking for granted.
The more things I wrote the better I felt.
I would love to see your list and lets do the next step together.

You have a passion but you have let it over take you and turn into worry. I want you to know that you do have choices.
When someone is in so much fear usually that tends to come from a feeling of powerlessness. As if everything is doomed and all you can do is sit back and watch it. The problem here is the more you focus on these thoughts that seem out of your control the darker it gets.
In bringing back the light you want to start with what you do like about life. I would say start with a gratitude list. Write down everything you feel grateful for. Don't hold back here give me a list of at least ten to twenty things.
This is a process that comes in steps. To get your started an example may be: I am grateful for my health. I am grateful that I have a wonderful pet. I am grateful for my sister or husband or children.
This list should go on and on.
Then blog back and share your list with me. That is your first step. After you do that I will take you to the next step.
