THE FOOD I HAVE TODAY IS MOST OF IT NATURAL. FRUITS AND FROM SOIL (direct from ground). I DO EAT MEAT. EXCERSISES: BYCICLE, SWIMMING AND ANYTHING THAT PUMPS MY HEART, I FEEL THE FREE AIR AND GOOD SLEEPING. ALSO AS A FINAL NOTE: NOT TO MUCH BAD TV NEWS. PURE AS MUCH AS POSIBLE. GOOD NEWS FOR EVERYBODY.
