Dear Powers of the Universe I need surgery & money

Dear Powers of the Universe,
I need:
- bariatric surgery (something severe and undoable so that I never get back to normal eating/overeating and I always weigh 125 pounds). Very soon! Preferably on the 1st of February, 2011.
- money (preferably in the form of a good job, 15 000 pln per month). Even sooner! Preferably starting on the 1st of December, 2010.
I need those two things because I need to be a good partner for my beloved Krupiński. I want to make him happy and be his source of eternal joy. I want him to be proud of me and be thrilled that he has chosen me as a partner.
