Dear Universe can u help with getting my Car fixed

Dear Universe. With divine love and energy I had my car in out of a shop for a couple of months. They cant seem to fix it.They say it is fixed then it does the same thing over again. It has starting problems. So now I want them to fix it for free. It has cost me too much money for them to charge me again. Thank you.
