Eviction from my apt for disabled and erlderly

Recovery from back surgery #4 Sitting up for awhile on my bed after a dr visit

I know my rights have been violated but not sure what I can do , First notice gave me till March 31st , I appealed even getting a note from my doctor.

I went to the manager to pay March rent and asked her about my appeal to which she replied "I have turned it into the owners and no nothing "all the while knowing she posted a note to my door my sons went on upstairs while I was paying the rent. They showed me the letter when I finally made it upstairs which is hard for me due to my back condition and recent surgery , The letter stated I had 3 days to vacate!!

My sons were very mad & upset by this and went to talk to her , asking her why she took my rent money knowing there was a letter to vacate in 3 days to which she replied "that If I was in the apt for 1 day after the due date I had to pay a full months rent" and refused to give me any of my money back!

I do have renters rights I believe that states I cant be evicted after they accepted the monthly rent, so with such short notice I found a house that the rent is more than my SS check , my sons who are not working right now just odd jobs here and there to make ends meet for them as they lived rent free with their dad, they are going to try finding jobs to help pay the rent & part of the bills.

Im happy as can be to have found a house cuz being in an upstairs apartment caused me to be a prisoner in my on home just get out for doctor or hospital visits , just being able to open my front door an walk into the yard for fresh air an feel the sun on my skin , the grass beneath my feet ect. is a slice of heaven, yet worries of making ends meet with such a high rent rate and 2 added bills, worries of my sons finding a job that pays enough to handle rent ect.

I'm trying not to worry and have given it all to God to guide and help in all my worries and concerns...What is can I do?? Isn't there laws against kicking a sickly disabled woman out her home designed for people for disabilities ??

I'm making plans to move into a house that more than SS check something is so wrong with this picture and I haven't had a moments peace here because of the lady in the apt below me constant complaints of the noise of my home health care Nurses , PT , and aide for house cleaning each 3 x a week plus my sons help out cooking meals , running errands plus the fact the stairs I'm isolated from the outside world, she also complains so much and spreads rumors that with all the people in and out I have someone living with me not on the lease and btw is not allowed and so far from the truth however that was#1 on the eviction notice!
