I bought Journey into your spirit and loved it so much; I had to try the energizing tape too. I have always had a hard time meditating. These MP3’s make it so easy. What I loved about journey into your spirit is I felt a sensation like being connected and one with everything. I listen to it every night. I start my day with energizing your creative center and it really gets me motivated in the morning. I recommend this to anyone who needs a push start to their day.
