How Do I boost my morale

I am not happy with the current grades which I have received for my performance development for the final year. Received good grades in the mid year review. I have been receiving for the past two years an “A’ grade. There is no change in my performance or effort to deliver of what is expected from me. I have lost all my interest after I have received my grades. Should I speak to my boss. How should boost my morale and show that I can perform. Click here to read or post comments.
