How I stay on track
by: Dawn Abraham

Hi Kate! Thank you so much for the vote of confidence and I am always really happy to hear people like my web site I have put my heart and soul into it.

I understand about life's ups and downs. For me I start out my day consciously creating what kind of day I want to have. It is really important that I put into my mind the kind of thoughts and feelings I want to generate.

How I do that is with reading motivational spiritual books that set the tone for my day. The books that really work for me are here under my recommendations. I will read for about fifteen minutes in the morning then do my meditation with some visualizing and I am ready to rock.

Another thing I found to be really important is who I surround myself with. There are certain people that will pull your energy and drain it. You want to surround yourself with people that are fans of yours. If you have a negative sibling, parent, friend or mate you may want to let them know that it is important to you that you are supported by them and if they can't do that you would rather not discuss a certain situation.

Do the best you can not to let negative influences into your world. The news is another one that I keep to a minimum. If I watch too much of that I would be depressed for sure. It is important to realize that TV is creating your reality so what you watch you start to become.
Lastly doing things that you know helps promote a great energy and release of endorphins is always recommended.

If you can get some type of exercise on a regular basis you will feel better about yourself your health and your body and that promotes a sense of well being which brings happiness.

I happen to love yoga and have found that Kundalini yoga has been a complete miracle in my life. Here is an article I wrote on yoga you may find use full.

Lastly I want to say that it is so true that what we say to ourselves is what makes up our reality. Sometimes Kate we don?t even realize that we are actually the ones telling ourselves we can?t do something or we aren't happy. Take some time to pay attention to your thoughts and if you need to then change those to kind and loving thoughts and you will notice a huge difference.

I wrote an article that goes over this in detail. Are you creating life or is life creating you? Take a look at that article and you will see how you can turn around what you thinking and make your life a dance. I love the quote: Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass it's about learning to dance in the rain. I hope these tips helps and thanks again for the great question.

I wish for you all the happiness and success the Universe has to offer!
