An example of a late start
by: Halina

Hi

"Accidentally" just today I heard that Manpower, an amazingly successful businesses, based on spiritual principles in its very design, was founded by Aaron Scheinfeld when he was in his sixties.

I am on the right track...finally!
by: Carl

Dawn,

Thank you for your response and Ineke's as well. Both of you helped me a great deal.

Dawn I read your article Life Purpose how to find one and that really helped guide me in directions I wasn't looking at before.

I want to point out here how right you were in knowing that I would have limited beliefs about what I could do or should do at this point in my life.

I feel after going through the process you suggested that I know now what my life purpose is. Now I have to make it into something I can make money at.

What I came up with is I am here to teach people how to love themselves. I may want to be a life coach like you are.

I did the research on the internet like you suggested and that was one of the things that seemed to fit.

I also like the idea of starting my own web site and helping people that way.

I know you have expertise in both of those areas. Is it time for a life coaching session or two?

That may be the next step for me here I'm thinking.

it is never too late!
by: Ineke Van Lint

Hi Carl,

it is never too late to find out your purpose in life. In fact most people are looking for it when they are about 40-45 years old. Before that they live up to the expectations of society, and by 40 they get so frustrated that they want to be sure not to waste the second part of their life!

I am a psychologist in Belgium and I help people all year long finding their true purpose in life. Have a look at my website and especially at the book I recommend you :

http://www.theenthusiasm.com/ebooks/purpose-of-my-life-ebook.php
It contains 44 exercices to find out WHO your are and WHAT you are here for. I can give you guidance in it by Skype, but you first need to do the exercices by yourself.

You can ALWAYS find your purpose. In my last workshop there was a man of 70 years old!! It was wonderful!

Never lose hope. Frustration is what drives us finally to move into the right direction. Everyone can find his purpose, so can you!

So keep your head up and look for your purpose! Your purpose is also looking for you, since NOBODY can do it in your place!!

I am really excited for you this is your first day starting your new life!
by: Dawn

Carl,

In not knowing all of your circumstances my first thought is to direct you to my article how to find your life purpose. That article takes the time to break down my method for finding your passion in this life. It sounds to me like that is what is missing. You did something for over twenty years that was someone elses passion.

In looking for your passion/ purpose in life at this point I want to caution you against holding back. What I mean by that is if you are used to something even if you no longer want to do it, it is difficult for the mind to veer too far off from the predicable type of life you have lead.

This means allowing your self to dream. You may not be use to that since you choose a career that was not your dream and stayed in it for so long. That is one of the first obstacles in finding your purpose is to allow yourself to really dream big. You may have to practice this at first.

I have worked with a lot of people that can not even let their imagination take them to the place of where they really want to be. They have been stuck so long it is difficult to get them to open up to a new avenue of ideas.

After you read my article on life purposeLife Purpose How to find one article and do the exercises try a visualization technique that will get you started seeing your dreams.

You can do this on own your own or you can use one of my MP3S that help with visualization. If you are good at imagining then go ahead and visualize your self. If you need some help in that area then my suggestion would be my MP3,Creating Your Ideal Life. click here for my FREE Life Changing MP3S

When you do the visualizations do them everyday. Before you know it you will be on your way to starting that life you are now ready for. You had a purpose for the last twenty years now it is time to find a new one.

I am really excited for you this is your first day starting your new life!
Let me know how your first few steps go.
