I'm having trouble with visualizing orange can you help?

I am trying to visualize an orange but not able to do so though i have bought a guided visualization hypnosis by a renowned hypnotist i can't see the image but can notice the colour's well while in my alpha level.What to do about this can u please guide.I am a professional speaker also.
