Hi Tiffany,

I completely understand how it feels to be lost. The most important thing to know is that you are not alone.

If you are on medication then I am sure your doctor can help find you a group of other people who are in the same situation.

Medication alone is only part of the solution. Therapy is very important along with a support group of people where you can share and be there for each other. It is really important that you get that support and don’t try to pull yourself out of the depression alone.

Also start some type of exercises program to get your energy up and those endorphins pumping. Even walking for about thirty minutes a day to start will really help you feel better.

Ask you doctor what types of groups are available to you and get a therapist and you will notice a huge difference right away.

Everything is going to be alright Tiffany. Having a feeling of being lost just means you need some extra guidance right now. Your first step was writing to me now take the second step and get a therapist and get into a support group of some kind. Then write me back and let me know how you are doing.
