Chakras the energy wheels inside the body can spin in both directions you are correct about that.
When you clear your Chakras you are purposely getting all seven layers to all spin in the same direction. This is crushing energy blocks and the hand acts like a magnet pulling decayed or toxic energies up and out with its motion.
I like to clear my Chakras on a daily basis I find that I feel energized and balanced ready to start the day. I always start my day with spiritual reading, meditation, Chakra clearing and visualization. That is my morning ritual.
