Memory loss

it seems my world is growing into a world of amazing things, but i cant remember much of what i knew or know it comes to me when asked but i cant coniously remember these things, a lot of my close friends are going through the same it is becoming more intense and harder to focus energy is now visible as if strings of time are shifted more now... did you go through this as well?
