Hello Manmeet, Self Healing is your birthright. However, we are taught to believe in doctors, medications and all manner of outside help. The advice that follows should take place in conjunction with your doctors advice and in no way should be construed as replacing medical assistance. That being said allow me to remind you that you are a powerful being able to contact that within you that allows you to heal yourself. I have and continue to heal myself of any dis-ease that arises along with seeking medical attention. the first step I take in my self care is forgiveness. I forgive myself and any person, thing or event I feel requires forgiveness. Next, I forgive every act I may not be consciously aware off because they do exist.Third, I release wornout thoughts, worn out conditions and anything else that no longer serves my highest good. In this way I create a clean slate and upon that slate I write Love, Love,Love andmore love. With the knowledge that whatever it is it has come to pass. I love until it passes. I am aware that this is quite a concept to grasp so if you feel moved visit my site www.yestoyoursuccess.com and review the MP3 entitled,"Perfect Health with Hypnosis" or call me for a free, no obligation consultation on self healing at he contact number listed on my site. I am at this very moment supporting you by holding the image of you as whole, healthy and free.

Re: Digestive Issues by: Nwenna Kai
Hi Manmeet,
All disease in the body begins in the intangible metaphysical plane whether it is emotional, mental, spiritual etc. People who particularly have digestive issues usually have challenges in their life in digesting new experiences, ideas, projects, circumstances, etc. Take a look at perhaps maybe that relate to your life in some way.
On a physical level there are all sorts of natural methods you can do to counter digestive challenges.
Your body could be lacking enough enzymes to digest the food. We mostly get our enzymes from eating a mostly raw of living foods diet or we can take enzymes.
Lack of movement or exercise can contribute to digestive issues. I have found that belly dancing, and yoga have helped me with digestion as it really works the lower body/chakra area.
Taking natural laxatives such as senna or cascara sagrada can assist you in elimination, however you cannot rely on these herbs for everyday usage.
You might also want to treat yourself to a colonic once or twice a month.
And acupuncture is a wonderful natural way to relieve digestion challenges.
Overall, there are all sorts of natural methods to get your body back in balance.
Good Luck!

Healing yourself by: Dawn Abraham
Hi Manmeet,
When you're having any type of health problem you always want to look at what is going on in your life. Are there things you are holding in? Fears you have not dealt with? People you may need to forgive or make amends too?
Often sickness is related to something in our lives that we are ignoring. One suggestion is starting meditation or Yoga. If you're not familiar with either of these I suggest you read my article on meditation to get your started. I also offer free guided meditations I suggest you start using to relax and visualize your way back into health.
Yoga also offers some wonderful poses for helping your digestive track. My favorite is Kundalini Yoga because it combines great breathing techniques along with the poses. Read my article on yoga for beginners. It will go through many of the different types of yoga. Try out a couple and see what suits you the best.
