Dear Universe, with divine love and energy, my order is for me to quit smoking completely and permanently on February 1st 2010, to never ever ever desire another hit of nicotine again for the rest of my life.


My mind will no longer request any form of nicotine.
My body will not feel any negative consequences, but instead will heal itself rapidly and restore my health to optimum condition.

I will live completely free

My eyes will open to the beauty of being a true nonsmoker

It will be the first day of the rest of my long healthy fulfilling life
