Pay it Forward

I love the pay it forward game! Whenever I encounter someone that has gone above the required actions in their job, I write to the company about them. I find that writing gives a black and white physical proof that good attitudes are important! It also makes me feel great - plus it's just so easy to do and allows me to look for good people and deeds!
