Hi, I, like several others here, suggest declaring the timeline as "Now'.
What's left for you to do is to generate the feeling of that already being true.
Can you generate the feeling or inner experience of already having your cosmic order fulfilled?
What does it feel like? Where do you feel it in your body and what kind of feeling is it?
So, if it's already on it's way to you, how can you prepare for it? What actions do you need to take in order for you to take full advantage of it when it arrives?
These practices nurture a sense of expectation, further strengthening the resonant field of 'YES!", in relation to whatever it is that you've ordered.
Now, while taking these actions, your job is to stay aware - eyes open, remembering that the answer or thing you're seeking may (often does) arrive in a surprising form, from a direction in your life you could not possibly predict, that will ask you to really start to 'See" what's coming top you and what you're letting go of.

i think you should expect all you ask for right now there is no limits to the universe so when u ask know that it is right now and you have it and you will see it now

It really depends on what you are ordering. The way I do it is every morning I order new things. I am doing advanced cosmic ordering where I create everyday what I want.
There is no time line it is now. It works so well you have to be careful because everything I order happens.
