As my Spiritual Journey has progressed, the one thing that becomes apparent in this lifetime is one little word. This one little word can hold you back from accomplishing whatever your goal may be, where ever you see yourself going. This one little word holds you back completely and paralyzes you from progressing forward.

I bet you can guess what that one word is......yes, it is fear. We each have to face down our fears and see them for what they are. They are a product of your ego self causing us great pain in expanding our horizons. Each day you can live and face your fears, is one where you have become a stronger person growing by miles.

So yes, face these things dead on, they really aren't scary at all when you look back at them. And then your life will be filled with whatever you want it to be.
