Where There is Fear There is Opportunity by: Dawn Abraham
Hi Silvia,
Great question. I'm glad you decided to post it. First I want you to know that if you weren't scared that would be weird. Anyone who has been married as long as you have is going to be reluctant to leave the marriage no matter what has happened.
With that said if you are writing me that means you really do want to move on and most likely you should. All the reasons you gave not to is your fear talking.
Take baby steps... start with a trail separation. Change in it's self is scary but once you take the action and move on you will wonder why you stayed so long.
It's amazing how strong we are when we have to be. You don't even realize your true strength and what you are capable of.
This is an exciting time in your life and something to be embraced.
A lot of the time I do something I'm afraid but I do it anyway and it always works out.
For me letting go is the first step and the most important step, as soon as you surrender and go with the flow of what you know is right in your heart you will experience true happiness. I know Silvia I have been there many times. I explain how to surrender in this article.
Feel the fear and do it anyway. Where there is fear there is opportunity! Your kids will learn what you didn't and that is the best gift you can give them to show courage.
Go for it! I wish for all the happiness and success the universe has to offer you deserve it Silvia!
