Yes, live in the present and not in the past!

Sai Ram. Pronounced as Saayee Raam, it is a greeting, a mantra and a blessing too. Past is what brought us here. Future is a bend in the road ahead. And regretting the past is not going to help the present.

I found this because of the many life stories that I came across. And when the truth sunk in, it lifted all the burdens of guilt from the mind and it became so light and clear.
